- Return intimation: In case you are unsatisfied with a product in your order, you can raise a return request with us on connect@quontico.com within 15 days from the date of delivery. We accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order. Please make sure that products are returned with the tags and the packaging intact, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Refund/replacement shall be issued after a thorough quality check of the product(s).
- Mode of Refund: Payment refund is applicable only in case of damaged good or incorrect size (size other than that ordered). In all other cases, replacement is applicable. Where payment return is applicable, we transfer funds to the Account only, we do not process refund by cheque or DD.
- Return of some product out of the total order: Yes, that is acceptable for damaged good or incorrect size (size other than that ordered).
- Condition of Returned product: All the tags and labels should be intact and product should be in unworn condition to start the process of refund, if in otherwise condition, we will not accept the product for return, replacement or refund.
- Where to return: Send the package to the address mentioned on the shipment invoice that you have received with the product. Mark the package clearly as “RETURN” followed by the address.
- Cost of return: Return or replacement is done free of cost for damaged product or wrong size delivery.
- Exchange: Only size can be exchanged, we do not accept exchange request of styles.
- Refund duration: After the receipt of returned product, it will take 3-7 working days for money to get credited in your Account.
- Refund by cash: Refund will be made to the source of payment only of the returned product.
- Pending refund: In case your refund amounts do not reach you within 7 working days of receipt of returned product, kindly contact us immediately on connect@quontico.com
- Courier charges Limit: We refund up to Rs. 100 per kg as return courier charges, you are advised not to spend more than this.
- Refund of courier charges: The refund of product and shipping charges (if paid by you) will be made through Bank transfer.
- Refund of shipping charges: Shipping is free.
